Our IT Data team is at the heart of our data-driven transformation, supporting business growth and operational excellence. The position is based in London and reports to the Head of Cyber security. Role Overview We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to oversee and enhance the cyber security posture of Tikehau Capital’s portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate interest and skills in both technical security topics (e.g., email security, vulnerability analysis) and governance aspects (e.g., risk assessments, gap analyses against standards). A junior profile with a first significant experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities • Active monitoring of the external attack surface for all portfolio companies, including mapping and maturity scoring • Dark web and OSINT reconnaissance • Update of the security questionnaire • Update of consolidated security tracking for all companies • Recommend actions for companies with higher risk profiles • Portfolio-wide updates three times per year Additional Tasks • Technical Vulnerability Management • Conduct regular technology watch (CERT bulletins, security advisories) • Analyze vulnerability scan results • Qualify and prioritize vulnerabilities • Coordinate with technical teams for patch deployment • IT Control Plan Execution • Perform compliance and security tests • Produce associated reports • Security Incident Handling • Manage security tickets (phishing reports, exception requests, etc.) • Third-Party IT Risk Analysis • Assess security measures and compliance of external IT service providers • IT Risk Mapping • Contribute to the update of IT risk mapping in collaboration with internal stakeholders and in line with system evolutions • Security Policy Updates • Participate in the review and update of security policies • Security Governance Projects • Support projects related to security governance and regulatory compliance applicable to Tikehau Capital’s context Scope: Portfolio companies in Private Equity (PE) and Private Debt (PD) Required Skills & Qualifications Please apply directly on our website career (link above)

Profile • Interest in both technical and governance aspects of cyber security • General technical knowledge enabling understanding of vulnerabilities • Experience in risk analysis and gap assessment • Junior profile with at least one significant professional experience in cyber security • Strong communication and coordination skills • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Master Data Management, or related field. • Soft Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
