Our IT infrastructure team is at the heart of our data-driven transformation, supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of network equipment (switches, Wi-Fi access points, etc.)
• Coordination with building maintenance and third-party vendors for critical infrastructure issues (e.g., HVAC/AC in tech rooms)
• Management of network rack equipment, including installation and removal of devices
• Regular health checks and incident response for infrastructure components
Helpdesk Support (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday):
• End-user support for hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, phones, etc.)
• Onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of devices, badge/access provisioning, and account management for new joiners and leavers (e.g., interns, permanent staff)
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, ethernet, VPN, etc.)
• Support for meeting room and phone booth equipment (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting)
• Assistance with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other productivity tools
• Coordination with HR and other internal teams for user account management
• VIP support for our cofounder, ensuring priority response and resolution for any IT-related needs
• End-user training on various IT tools
Application Support:
You will also play a key role in application support for our business users.
This is a unique opportunity for a young engineer to:
• Gain hands-on experience with a variety of business applications used in asset management, finance, and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues—from user access and configuration to performance and integration with other tools.
• Collaborate directly with end-users (investment teams, operations, HR, and more) to understand their needs and deliver solutions that make a real difference in their daily work.
• Participate in application upgrades and rollouts, learning best practices in change management and user adoption.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
• Develop your technical and functional skills in a dynamic, international environment—perfect for launching your career!
Additional Requirements:
• As our core IT team is based in Europe (Paris & London), frequent communication and close collaboration will be essential for the success of this mission.
Recent Examples of Support Needs:
• Preparation and setup of laptops and access for interns and new joiners
• Troubleshoot or monitor business application
• Installation of ethernet cabling in specific office areas (e.g., phone booths)
• Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and connectivity issues for users and teams
• Assistance with landline phone configuration and security
• Coordination for account deactivation and extension with HR
• Addressing hardware issues (e.g., desktop reboots, docking station problems)
• Managing third-party vendor interventions for infrastructure repairs (e.g., HVAC)
• Review scheduling jobs for business applications
• Enhance application monitoring tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
Profile
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure: Windows environments, networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, Ethernet), and hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and common business applications
• Familiarity with user account management (Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of IT security best practices and incident response
• Ability to document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases
• Interest in both technical and governance aspects of cyber security
• General technical knowledge enabling understanding of vulnerabilities
Application Support Mindset
• Curiosity to understand how business applications work and how users interact with them
• Willingness to learn about new software and participate in application rollouts or upgrades
• Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Master Data Management, or related field.
