We invite you to join us as a VIE, in our Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions (PERES) The key responsibilities are: The VIE program is designed to provide the incumbent with comprehensive, hands-on experience across three core functional teams: Depository Services, Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting. Through structured rotations, the candidate will spend four months in each team, gaining exposure to a diverse set of processes, projects, and methodologies. The candidate will be in the position to: • Accurate and timely execution of agreed day to day processes supporting the transaction management, cash & security tracking, document management and ownership verification functions across a range of Private Capital Services structures, including input and validation of manual entries to cash and transaction reconciliation logs, collation of investment/divestment papers, and presentation metrics and control data. • Ensure tolerance checks are complete and any outstanding items are investigated and cleared. • Perform quality checks or second level validation on output from the team. • Conduct training to Intern/Administrator. • Perform additional ad-hoc task allocated by Supervisor/Manager Sample checking of all process workflow on a daily basis. • Support & Planning for Internal Audit (BORR): Provide assistance and strategic planning for internal audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with BORR (Board of Regulatory Reviews). • Oversee and support organization, review and updating of the team’s day to day work of Transaction Management administration and ensuring accurately and timely execution of agreed process. • Adhere to key service level agreements and support coaching to GG10 & GG12. • All deadlines need to be monitored & any issues escalated & communicated appropriately to stakeholders & clients. • Ensure that escalation protocol to Management is strictly adhered to in case of operational issues and events. • Respond to all queries and incoming emails in a timely and effective manner. • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other teams within CACEIS Investor Services. • Support the success of the larger team and ensure ongoing productivity by providing back-up relief for staff who are absent or on leave. • Support day-to-day work of PERES Fund Accounting ensuring accurately and timely execution of agreed process, and execute complex fund accounting activities. • Assist in strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to management team. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis. Risk Management & Escalation • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success. • Act as escalation point for the TA process, execution of complex process and control functions, ensure high quality of allocated deliverables and provide backup relief to for staff and deal with escalated issues/queries. • Deal with escalated issues/queries (i.e. Perform escalation of issues with financial/regulatory impact to Senior Management upon identification). • Escalation & Risk Governance: Handle issue escalations and oversee risk management processes to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks. • Review business practices and implement changes. • Mitigate the risk of errors by suggesting appropriate controls and enhancing procedures. • Maintain comprehensive records for future reference and audit purposes. Project Management & Upskilling Skills • Support the project manager in developing project plans, timelines, and task assignments. • Assist in tracking project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are addressed. • Collaborate with team members to gather information, communicate updates, and resolve obstacles. • Help with the documentation of project phases and meetings, ensuring clear records for future reference. • Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas or solutions to help meet project objectives. • Collaborate with senior colleagues to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in your area of responsibility. • Take initiative to learn new tools, software, or methodologies that will contribute to your role and future career growth. • Share newly learned insights or techniques with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Profil recherché

Your profile Experience: • Basic knowledge of banking business, preferred in securities business, depository banks and / or asset management and / or institutional clients. • Fund Operations experience – Private Equity and Real Estate, hedge funds, cash and payments operations. • Accounting and Book keeping – account cashflow monitoring, consolidation of accounts, financial statement review. Skills: • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex circumstances and describe those in a comprehensible way. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals. • Ability to prioritize team workloads to meet challenging deadlines. • High ability to work under pressure. • High level of curiosity, self-confidence and assertiveness. • Good interpersonal skills and networking abilities with sub-custodians and internal departments. • MS Office skills (word; EXCEL, PowerPoint, outlook) – each well developed. • Systematic and experienced handling of Database (high volumes). IT Tools: • User of Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of VBA, Access, SQL, and advanced Excel is a plus. Languages: Professional English. Please send your resume in English
