Machine Learning Engineer - Computer Vision (H/F)

About the role - Run the onboarding of new clients and SKU catalogues: scoping with Operations, labelling batches, model training, validation, and go-live. - Develop, test, and refine object detection models (YOLO family) for SKU-level shelf recognition, tracking experiments in MLFlow. - Improve model robustness to real field conditions: lighting, occlusions, dense shelves, low-end cameras. - Define photo-capture guidelines with field teams and monitor incoming data quality. - Collaborate with the Labelling team on annotation quality and throughput in Label Studio. - Monitor production model performance per client and trigger retraining when needed. - Turn detections into merchandising KPIs: share of shelf, on-shelf availability, planogram compliance, price reading. - Prepare client-ready reports and support account teams in client business reviews. About you - Strong taste for deep learning and computer vision - 100% proficient in Python and SQL - Knowledge of ML/DL libraries like PyTorch, Ultralytics/YOLO, OpenCV - Autonomous, reliable, energetic — comfortable working close to clients, away from HQ - Proficient in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
