JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPER (H/F)

START DATE IS FLEXIBLE What you will do As a Junior Business Developer, you are a key actor in enhancing Phinest's market position and achieving our growth and vision: Human excellence dedicated to the sustainable and meaningful evolution of organizations and their ecosystems. What will your challenges be Business Development · Defining your commercial strategy in line with Phinest's vision · Creating business opportunities by meeting with key decision makers · Establishing long-term partnerships with our clients · Understanding the context and the pain points of your prospects · Advising on solutions, negotiating and closing contracts Human Resources · Participating in the recruitment strategy · Selecting & recruiting Phinest new talents · Learning about team management alongside the Business Unit Manager

Master’s degree in Engineering or Business 1 to 2 years of a proven experience as a Business Developer Strong intra/entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active and goal oriented Ability to identify talents and to work autonomously Excellent listening and communication skills Languages: Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English, Dutch is an asset
