Engineering Project Management & Process Excellence Officer (h/f)

As part of the transformation of the BUS Technology & Digital organization and the drive to harmonize practices across the various project-focused "Technical Tables," the VIE will contribute to structuring project management methods, improving processes, and deploying common standards to enhance efficiency, visibility, and robustness in project execution. This role is part of a continuous improvement initiative aimed at strengthening project management maturity within the organization. Primary Mission Support technical project managers and the Technical Project Office manager in implementing a common project management framework by harmonizing the processes, methodologies, and tools used across the different Technical Tables. Key Activities Harmonization of methods and processes • Map the project management practices currently used across the different Technical Tables. • Identify operational discrepancies and propose common standards. • Define and formalize a shared methodological framework (processes, templates, KPIs, governance). • Harmonize management processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistent project execution and improve operational efficiency. • Facilitate communities of practice for project managers and technical leads regarding best practices. Knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement • Structure and disseminate lessons learned. • Develop a library of best practices and reference documents. • Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize processes. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project standards across the organization. Digitalization and tools • Participate in the deployment and enhancement of project management tools. • Develop and improve consolidated dashboards to facilitate project management and decision-making. • Support teams in adopting new project management tools and standards.

Engineering degree or Master’s degree in project management, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or organizational transformation. • Strong interest in project management methodologies and performance management. • Excellent analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills. • Comfortable working in international and multicultural industrial environments. • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project management tools. • Fluent English essential.
