Production Engineer (H/F)

In Bulgaria (Pleven), Soufflet Malt has recently completed the construction of its new plant (malthouse). We must now ramp-up and stabilize it. To support the team, we are looking for a Production Engineer who will be in charge of the missions below : • Support the Production Manager and Production team in the ramp-up and stabilization of the new malting plant following the completion of the construction project ; • Contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production processes, ensuring compliance with operational, quality, safety, and environmental standards ; • Coordinate and follow up on outstanding actions related to the commissioning and post-start-up phase of the facility, in collaboration with production, maintenance and quality teams ; • Assist in the development, review, and deployment of operating procedures, work instructions, and best practices to support operational excellence ; • Collect, analyze, and report production performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and support corrective and preventive action plans ; • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reliability, product quality, and process consistency ; • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives across the site ; • Facilitate communication and coordination between local teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure effective follow-up of project actions and operational priorities ; • Provide day-to-day operational support to the production team during a period of significant activity and organizational development.

Engineer with successful apprenticeship / first experience in international agro-biz sector. Background in Electrical Engineering or Automation will be appreciated. Fluent English mandatory.
