Business Controlling & Analytics (H/F)

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Controlling & Analytics team in Madrid. Please note that this position is not part of the Finance department. Instead, it focuses on business analysis, operational monitoring, and supporting the growth of the company's different business units. This role is ideal for candidates who want to continue developing their skills in data analysis, reporting, and business performance monitoring within a multinational environment, primarily using advanced Excel. As a Business Controlling Analyst, you will support the team in reporting activities, KPI monitoring, and operational analysis, working closely with senior team members who will provide ongoing guidance and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Reporting and Operational Monitoring • Prepare weekly and monthly Excel reports to track consultants' productivity and business activity. Data Collection and Validation • Gather information from cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll Administration, HR, etc.) and business units, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Database Management • Work with multiple data sources to extract, organize, and maintain the databases used for business analysis. Data Analysis • Clean and validate data, identify inconsistencies, and perform basic analyses to support decision-making. KPI Monitoring • Support the analysis of key business indicators such as headcount, utilization, and productivity, under the supervision of the team. Process Improvement • Collaborate in optimizing reporting tools and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and data reliability.
