V.I.E – US Business Development & Cross-Border Operations Associate (H/F)

Expand CPA is a French-American accounting and advisory firm specializing in supporting companies and individuals with cross-border operations between France and the United States. As part of the continued development of our U.S. operations, we are looking for a V.I.E to join our Miami-based team and contribute to the growth and structuring of our activities in the United States. Working closely with our U.S. Branch Manager and our teams in France and the United States, the V.I.E will participate in several areas: * Support the development of our U.S. activities and the expansion of our French-American client base; * Participate in the onboarding and coordination of French companies establishing or developing operations in the United States; * Assist with the implementation and improvement of internal processes between our French and U.S. teams; * Contribute to client relationship management and coordination of cross-border engagements; * Participate in the development of reporting tools and operational procedures for the U.S. office; * Support business development initiatives and partnerships in the U.S. market; * Participate in the analysis and improvement of workflows between the Paris and Miami offices; * Develop practical knowledge of the U.S. business, accounting and tax environment through close collaboration with experienced professionals. This V.I.E assignment is designed to provide a strong learning and professional development experience in an international, entrepreneurial and multicultural environment. It will offer the V.I.E a unique opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of cross-border business between France and the United States while acquiring practical skills in business development, international project management, client support and operational organization. The V.I.E will receive ongoing guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals based in both France and the United States. This close supervision will allow the V.I.E to progressively develop a strong understanding of the U.S. business, accounting and tax environment while actively contributing to the growth and development of our Miami office. The mission will therefore provide significant exposure to an international and entrepreneurial environment and will allow the V.I.E to develop strong skills in cross-border operations, business development and the U.S. professional services market. The V.I.E will be based in Miami, Florida, and will work under the supervision of the U.S. Branch Manager, in close coordination with the Paris team.

Nous recherchons un profil dynamique, autonome et entrepreneurial, souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement international franco-américain en forte croissance. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) dispose : d’une formation supérieure Bac+5 en école de commerce, finance, gestion, comptabilité ou domaine équivalent ; d’un excellent niveau d’anglais et de français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral ; d’un réel intérêt pour les États-Unis, le développement international et les environnements cross-border ; de bonnes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de communication ; d’un esprit entrepreneurial et d’une capacité à travailler dans une structure en développement ; d’une bonne aisance avec les outils digitaux et les environnements de travail collaboratifs. Une première expérience en audit, conseil, finance, comptabilité, fiscalité, business development ou gestion de projet constitue un plus, mais nous recherchons avant tout une personne curieuse, structurée et capable de monter rapidement en compétence. Le poste est basé à Miami, Floride, au sein de notre équipe américaine, avec des interactions quotidiennes avec notre bureau de Paris. Une appétence particulière pour l’environnement économique américain et l’accompagnement d'entreprises françaises dans leur développement aux États-Unis sera particulièrement appréciée.

Expand CPA est un cabinet d’expertise comptable et de conseil franco-américain, spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des entreprises et particuliers ayant des enjeux entre la France et les États-Unis. Le groupe réalise aujourd’hui environ 4 millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires et s’appuie sur une équipe pluridisciplinaire spécialisée en expertise comptable, fiscalité française et américaine, accompagnement des entreprises et mobilité internationale. Notre bureau principal est situé à Paris et notre développement international s’appuie notamment sur notre filiale américaine, Expand Advisory Inc., implantée à Miami, en Floride. Cette implantation aux États-Unis répond à une véritable stratégie de développement du groupe. Notre objectif est de construire progressivement une équipe locale capable d’accompagner aussi bien les entreprises françaises souhaitant développer leurs activités aux États-Unis que les entreprises et entrepreneurs américains ayant des intérêts en France. La filiale américaine est aujourd’hui opérationnelle et en phase d’accélération. Elle constitue un axe stratégique majeur pour le groupe, avec des ambitions importantes de croissance au cours des prochaines années. Dans ce contexte, nous souhaitons nous appuyer sur le dispositif V.I.E afin de renforcer durablement notre présence aux États-Unis, structurer notre équipe locale et accompagner le développement commercial et opérationnel de notre activité américaine. Nous envisageons ainsi l’affectation de deux V.I.E à Miami à compter de janvier 2027, avec des missions directement liées au développement de notre implantation américaine, à l'accompagnement de notre clientèle franco-américaine et à la croissance de notre activité sur le marché américain. Notre démarche s'inscrit dans une logique de développement international de long terme : les V.I.E auront vocation à être pleinement intégrés à l'équipe américaine, encadrés localement et à participer activement à la montée en puissance de la filiale. À terme, notre ambition est de faire de notre implantation américaine un véritable relais de croissance pour le groupe, avec une équipe locale structurée et pérenne et des perspectives d'embauche à l'issue des missions V.I.E.
