About the job As Biomolecule Engineer - Novel RNA Modalities VIE within our Discovery and Translational Sciences team, you’ll support developing breakthrough ribonucleic acid (RNA) technologies that will shape the future of Sanofi's research & development (R&D) pipeline. Main responsibilities: - Design and engineer novel RNA molecules (mRNA, saRNA, circRNA,siRNA, antisense oligonucleotides, aptamers). - Optimize RNA sequences for stability, efficacy, and reduced immunogenicity. - Develop structure-activity relationships for RNA therapeutic candidates. - Execute RNA synthesis and purification protocols. - Perform in vitro and cell-based assays to evaluate RNA functionality. - Analyze experimental data using statistical and bioinformatics tools. - Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records. - Work closely with data science, RNA analytics, high throughput screening (HTS), formulation and immunology teams. Profil recherché

About you Experience: - 0-2 years of relevant experience in RNA research or biotechnology. - Strong academic background in molecular biology and biochemistry. - Experience with RNA design, synthesis, and characterization. - Experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python, or similar). Soft and technical skills: - Knowledge of analytical methods (HPLC, mass spectrometry, gel electrophoresis). - Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and sequence analysis software. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and in team environments. - Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies. Education: - Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Languages: - Fluent English (verbal and written).
