Job Description
A. Socio-organizational aspects
Deploy and adapt the Group and Germany health and safety policy to the specific criteria of SARPI
Contribute to the implementation of action plans defined by the CODIR (management committee)
Coordinate health and safety in the region
Manage the HSEQ Department and supervise the HSEQ network in Germany
Establish and operate means to measure the development of HSE management systems
Analyze and consolidate safety indicators
Contribute to the establishment of a management audit system
Raise awareness and monitor safety training actions
B. Technical aspects
Contribute to the application of local laws and regulations
Participate in risk management and hazard identification
Develop coherent and applicable tools for operations
Coordinate the development of specialized documentation (procedures and instructions)
Identify deviations and propose preventive and corrective actions
Lead investigations following an accident
Analyze incident and accident reports
Promote feedback from experience
C. Communication
Distribute HSEQ information
Contribute to the communication of information from management, entities and sites
Send risk prevention information to the SARPI MPR correspondent
Prepare and analyze monthly reports
Monitor and analyze Veolia's global report
Profil recherché
Superior degree in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) with ISO 45001 certification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE management, ideally in hazardous waste treatment or chemical industry
• Mastery of international and German HSE standards will be a plus.
• Expertise in risk assessment and incident management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High level of rigor, natural proactivity and recognized credibility
• Ability to raise awareness and train teams
LANGUAGES
• English: Essential - professional fluency
• German: Strongly preferred - advanced proficiency
• French: Advantageous
