Methods & Lean (H/F)

To support our Team in Brunnthal-Munich, we are looking for a VIE Methods & Lean (m/f) Principle Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Challenge stakeholders to maximize opportunities from process improvement initiatives. • Work with Production to improve production setup in terms of efficiency, quality, and safety. • Contribute to the lead time reduction though the implementation of continuous flow, layout optimization, pull-system and speed up flows works. • Lead initiatives in a cross-functional and diverse environment. • Partner with technology experts (internal and external as needed) to align processes and systems. • Provide according to the needs, Lean knowledge and skills to the plant teams through training, coaching and education.

Requirements • Knowledge about Lean Management • Kaizen and Gemba mindset • People orientated • Analytical skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans • Able to communicate accurately to various stakeholders (shopfloor, management) • English fluent, German basic knowledge with motivation to become fluent is a plus.
