Junior Trader (H/F)

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Trading Analyst to join our dynamic team, supporting a 24-7 EMEA, Singapore and US over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency spot flow operation. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within our fast-growing and innovative organization with the ability to move into a full time trader role. Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze market trends, news, and economic data to identify trading opportunities and content for research reports Assist traders in the execution, booking and reporting of trades across various internal systems Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of trading and hedging strategies and market conditions Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports Collaborate with other team members to improve trading, booking and settlement processes and systems Assist in the management of trading risk and compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay updated with industry developments and emerging market trends Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Keen interest in financial markets and trading Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to trading Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions and handle high volumes of transactions A keen interest in staying updated with trends and news in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrencies.
