Description de la mission
JOB SUMMARY
As a Human Resources Analyst, you will support the full employee lifecycle through HR operations, including onboarding, payroll administration, leave management, compliance, recruitment coordination, employee records, data management, reporting, and workforce analytics. Working closely with the HR Manager, HR team, and site leadership, you will also contribute to HR projects, action plans, communication activities, project tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR service quality, employee experience, and operational performance.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to the delivery of an exceptional employee experience by supporting key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with managers and employees to facilitate onboarding, integration, and engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
• Leverage HR systems and data analytics tools to ensure data accuracy, generate meaningful insights, and support informed decision-making.
• Act as a key contributor to workforce administration by supporting employee movements, organizational changes, and talent-related processes.
• Participate in payroll and HR compliance activities, gaining exposure to critical HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Support the administration of employee leaves and benefits-related processes while ensuring a high level of service and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and analyze HR dashboards and workforce metrics, providing actionable insights on absenteeism, turnover, headcount, staffing, and employee trends.
• Play an active role in talent acquisition and retention initiatives, partnering with HR and business leaders to attract and engage top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, drive operational excellence, and enhance employee services.
• Support site leadership through the preparation of reports, presentations, communications, and HR related analyses.
• Participate in HR projects that directly impact business performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Assist in the deployment of HR programs, policy enhancements, and change management initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate project action plans, monitor milestones, and contribute to the successful execution of local and corporate HR transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic HR priorities into practical actions, dashboards, communications, and follow-up activities for managers and employees.
• Build strong partnerships with HR colleagues, operational leaders, and other business functions to support organizational growth and workforce development.
Profil recherché
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Associate’s degree is required
Majors in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management or other closely related fields preferred
Experience
2+ years of HR experience is preferred; prior exposure to HR operations, HRIS, payroll coordination, reporting, or project support is a plus.

Payroll Administration
Ability to supply and maintain employee master data, calculate wages, prepare and manage payments
Recruitment and Selection
Ability to apply effective recruitment and selection techniques to attract and select the most suitable people. Demonstrates knowledge and management of induction techniques and processes HR KPIs Management and Reporting. Ability to define, monitor and manage the correct sets of organization and HR effectiveness/efficacy KPIs to support business improvements. Ability to prepare and interpret data to produce effective reports
Project Coordination & HR Transformation Support
Ability to support HR projects with structure, follow-up, and practical execution; organize action plans, prepare status updates, and help drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee service delivery.
