International Talent Acquisition Specialist (H/F)

To strengthen our outstanding IKOS International Recruitment Team, we are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our headquarters in Lausanne. In this role, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager (based in Paris) and collaborate with the Business Managers of IKOS subsidiary in Switzerland and worldwide, taking on a true Business Partner role within the international recruitment department. Responsibilities: • Identify IKOS’ future top technical engineers in order to reach our ambitious goals (technical sourcing, railway sector) • Work with the business managers and Director of the Lausanne's office to understand and meet the expectations of our clients • Manage the entire recruitment process (active sourcing, interviews, candidate follow-up) • Participate in recruitment development projects • Develop our school relations program to promote our company in target universities (partnerships, forums, career fairs, events etc.) • Employer Branding

• You hold a Master’s degree (mandatory) • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 level) , german knowledges a big plus (!) • You already have some initial experience in recruitment (internships, a few months in an agency, etc.) – a strong plus • You enjoy challenges and thrive in a competitive environment • You are flexible and determined • You are proactive, take initiative, and use your skills to contribute to the company’s growth • You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills; you are organized, creative, autonomous, and service-oriented • You are eager to work and grow in an international environment
