HR Generalist (H/F)

CONTEXT As a HR Generalist within our Munich Headquarter, you will be provided support and training to understand the German HR and social environment. Your main tasks will include: RESPONSIBILITIES • Administration and daily support for German HQ employees and managers • Support administrative HR processes and general staff management • Trainee management • Interface with payroll • Supporting the planning and implementation of personnel development measures • Ensure HR reports required at corporate, division, country and site level. • Maintain candidate databases and track HR metrics. • Assist with the preparation of new employee orientation materials/welcome kits. • Support Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development initiatives. • Initiate and implement actions to foster a positive and engaging work environment • Contribute to the deployment of internal communication initiatives

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a university or business school with a focus on Human Resources Management. You have first experience in that field. You are a team player, a self-learner and you have demonstrated leadership and communication skills. You are open-minded and with a serious desire to learn, and you can demonstrate a clear willingness to embark on an international career. You are also rigorous and customer oriented. You are fluent in English and ideally German.
