As VIE - SJ250 Project Coordination & Support, you will join the SJ250 Project Management team and contribute to one of the most exciting high-speed train development and manufacturing projects in the railway industry. The SJ250 project is focused on a state-of-the-art high-speed train platform for the Nordics market, with a strong international dimension and close interaction between project management, engineering, documentation, customer interfaces and operational teams. You will play a visible role in supporting project communication, customer documentation deliveries, special task forces close to the product, and practical project operations. This is a hands-on position within a running project team, combining coordination, structured execution, technical curiosity and daily team support. Your future role : You will contribute to a wide range of activities, from project communication and documentation management to operational coordination and support of critical project milestones, helping the team successfully deliver the project and meet customer expectations. Project communication and stakeholder coordination • Coordinate project communication activities with the project team, customer interfaces and Alstom internal stakeholders. • Support regular project communication, including newsletters, stakeholder updates, dashboards and preparation of project events. • Contribute to clear, structured and professional communication routines within the project. • Proactively suggest improvements to communication tools, formats and ways of working. Documentation deliveries and smart execution support • Support the preparation, finalisation and submission of project documentation, especially documentation delivered to the customer. • Contribute to the quality, consistency and on-time delivery of documentation packages linked to project and payment milestones. • Support document owners and reviewers in cleaning up documentation, checking consistency across documents and appendices, and preparing final versions for release. • Maintain and follow up documentation trackers, check delivery status with document owners and reviewers, and escalate risks of delay when needed. • Support the release and distribution of final approved documentation across relevant project databases and to relevant stakeholders. • Produce or maintain documentation-related reporting and KPIs where required. • Identify opportunities to make documentation activities smarter through tools, scripting, automation or improved processes. • Combine a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to execute detail-oriented manual tasks when required. Support to project task forces and product-related activities • Contribute to dedicated task forces mobilised for critical project activities, depending on project priorities. • Support preparation and coordination activities related to validation tests, transport, retrofit preparation and other operational milestones. • Work closely with project and product teams to help structure, follow up and execute critical activities. • Develop understanding of the train, the product environment and the technical discussions surrounding the project. • Bring agility, curiosity and practical support to new or unexpected challenges. Administrative and operational project support • Support day-to-day project operations, including preparation of purchase orders, travel arrangements, room bookings, visitor access, catering and event logistics. • Help the project team with data uploads, coordination tasks and other administrative activities required for smooth project execution. • Approach practical administrative work with professionalism, team spirit and reliability. • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the project team by taking ownership of both high-value coordination topics and necessary operational support tasks.

Profil recherché

All About You Education Bachelor’s degree required. Background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management or a related field is preferred. Experience First experience in project coordination, communication, documentation, administration, engineering support or a similar environment. Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel while maintaining a structured approach. Experience with project reporting, stakeholder communication, documentation management or operational support is a plus. Exposure to digital tools, automation, data analysis or process improvement is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Fluent English, both written and spoken. German, Swedish or Chinese would be a plus. Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills. Good writing skills and attention to detail. Proactive, reliable and able to deliver on commitments. Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in AI, automation and innovative ways of working. Curious about technical environments and willing to understand railway products and engineering topics. Working Mode Full on-site presence from Monday to Friday is required due to the close collaboration needed with the project team and day-to-day project activities. Why Join Us?
