DevOps Engineer (H/F)

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing and deploying robust CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud infrastructure, and orchestrating containerized environments. This role ensures smooth, fast, and secure software delivery from development to production. - Design, build, and optimize automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles. - Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and environment setups using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Manage, orchestrate, and maintain containerized application environments to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience. - Integrate cloud services and migration architectures with public, private, or hybrid cloud environments. - Implement continuous monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve platform performance bottlenecks. - Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and security teams to embed security best practices (DevSecOps) into the delivery lifecycle.

Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure automation. Technical Skills & Tools: - CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. - Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, or OpenShift. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Puppet. - Cloud Platforms: AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, or GCP (Google Cloud Platform). - Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash / Shell, or Go. - Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Datadog. - Version Control & Methodologies: Git, GitOps workflows, and Agile/Scrum practices. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset focused on operational excellence. - Proactive attitude towards continuous learning, technology adoption, and process improvement. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multi-disciplinary technical teams. - High level of autonomy, rigor, and sense of ownership over production reliability. French: Fluent (Professional working proficiency for day-to-day team communication). English: Advanced / Business English (written and spoken for technical documentation and vendor interactions).
