We invite you to join us as a VIE, in our Human Resources Department The key responsibilities are: As a HR Specialist, you will support workforce strategy, planning and governance by maintaining accurate and reliable headcount and workforce data, coordinating workforce movements and staffing requirements and ensuring alignment with HR policies and financial budgets. You will also drive data quality, standardization and process improvements and ensure consistency between HR and Finance reporting. The candidate will be in the position to: - Workforce Strategy & Governance : Support the evolution of Workforce through clear and robust processes (request, validation, committee, track files) and accurate, exhaustive and easily accessible data to communicate to all stakeholders a complete vision of the composition and evolution of the Workforce. - Workforce Alignment & Support : Access reliable, harmonized workforce data to support Business managers and ensure alignment with HR policies and financial budget. - Team Workforce Planning & Execution : Have a consolidated and up-to-date view of team's workforce (headcount, joiners, leavers, internal moves, vacancies, projection) to anticipate capacity issues, plan staffing actions, steer financial budget and support team development in line with business priorities. - HR Cost & Headcount Framework : Establish a robust HR cost and headcount controlling framework (standard definitions, processes, calendars and KPIs) to ensure data reliability, support strategic workforce and cost decisions, and provide timely, consistent insights to HR, Finance and top management. - Cost & Headcount Reconciliation & Reporting : Access accurate and reconciled HR cost and headcount data (by entity, BU, cost center, category, contract type) to prepare reliable reports, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and explain HR cost variances to HR and Finance stakeholders. - Financial Performance & Consolidation : Have a clear view of HR-related costs and FTEs (actuals, budget, forecast, variances) aligned with Finance reporting standards to consolidate financial performance, challenge cost drivers, and ensure consistency between HR and Finance figures at Group level. Profil recherché

Experience: • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or Finance related field • Analytical and is comfortable working with data, identifying discrepancies and preparing reports and analysis • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis • Attention to details and able to work with large data • Experience in HR reporting and data administration will be an added advantage Skills: • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex circumstances and describe those in a comprehensible way; • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals • Ability to prioritize team workloads to meet challenging deadlines • High ability to work under pressure • High level of curiosity, self-confidence and assertiveness • Good interpersonal skills and networking abilities with sub-custodians and internal departments • MS Office skills (word; EXCEL, PowerPoint, outlook) – each well developed • Systematic and experienced handling of Database (high volumes) IT Tools: • User of Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of VBA, Access, SQL, and advanced Excel is a plus.
