We invite you to join us as a VIE, in our Master Data Services Department
The key responsibilities are:
The VIE program is designed to provide the incumbent with comprehensive, hands-on experience across day-to-day deliverables such as delivery of portfolio securities valuation for fund administered as a Client Operations Officer.
The candidate will be in the position to:
- Responsible for the day-to-day deliverables: Delivery of portfolio securities valuation for fund administered including:
- Security Pricing, FX & Interest Rates, Stale Price Analysis, Customer Support/Alert, EUCs Update
- Control and validate market data coming from data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
- Analyze and execute the corporate action event (dividend, spin off, shares split, etc.)
- Responsible for Securities setup and data maintenance
- Involved in in-house projects and development
- Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)
- Maintain statistics up to date (including daily team checklist update)
- Ensure effective resolution of enquiries

Profil recherché
Experience:
• Degree in relevant field
• English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
• Experienced in relevant Securities Operations/Financial Services
• Knowledge on Pricing Data management will be an added advantage
Skills:
• Able to work under pressure following tight deadlines and/or S.L.A. requirements
• Able to work with others as a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to take on new challenges and result oriented
• Compliant to rules and procedures
• Independent, confident, self-motivated, pro-active and mature
IT Tools:
• User of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of VBA, Access, SQL, and advanced Excel is a plus
• Knowledge in data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters) will be an added advantage
