Research Associate (H/F)

This position will act as Research Associate within the Analytical Department with the following missions: o Support the MPT department in a project related to analytical method transfer between different generations of Liquid chromatographic systems. Role and responsibilities: - Operate as per GLP and local procedures - Operate Liquid chromatographic experimental design as part of Method development/transfer - Document results in Electronic Laboratory Notebook according to established GDP procedures - Interpret experimental data and present conclusions to supervisor, project leader and management. - Create and update equipment and analytical procedures, participate in the ordering of analytical material or equipment pieces. - Ensure the lab is appropriately stocked with supplies to avoid costly delays. - Maintain laboratory reagents, materials and equipment as directed, including obtaining such items, maintaining materials and equipment in good operating order. - Provide support for initiatives in technological development, competitive product analysis, market and regulatory affairs questions, industrial troubleshooting, etc. - Adhere to the quality system requirements and ensure e GMP and GDP standards; also adhere to general and specific environmental, health and safety (EHS) guidelines.

• Good written and spoken English • Possess relevant laboratory/technical/analytical, writing and computer skills (MS Word, Excel) • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to analyze scientific results • Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from lab data • Ability to organize, objectively assess and clearly communicate information. • Appropriately prioritize assignments to meet project schedules • Quality-oriented, attentive to details • Demonstrate flexibility • Self-motivated and take personal accountability for getting the job done
