Operational Excellence Specialist (H/F)

Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in Warsaw, POLAND Description of the mission: VIE will be responsible for driving Operational Excellence projects at Anpharm site being in both roles leader or team member. Her/His experience would be valuable to apply lean principles and tools (i.e. 5S, VSM, development of standard work approach), while also contributing to the organization's operational excellence initiatives. In addition, strong analytical and data visualization skills are required, including proficiency in Power BI for developing dashboards, analyzing operational performance data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance process efficiency and business performance.

Educational background: University degree Specialization: Pharmaceutical Industry / Chemistry Field of study: Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Lean Management Languages: English, Polish would be an asset Experience required: at least few months in Performance/Operational Excellence management, project management, lean management, Green Belt, Yellow Belt would be additional asset Computer skills: Microsoft applications (Excel advanced, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), ERP, Power BI Reports
