Engineering Systems Support Engineer (H/F)

PLM & Technical Support Act as the first point of contact for PLM-related questions and issues within the engineering teams. Provide day-to-day support to users working with PLM processes and tools. Support the PLM Key User in his/her activities and help ensure the smooth use of the system. Participate in the configuration and adaptation of the PLM environment for different product lines and user profiles. Help identify and resolve technical or functional issues related to PLM processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of PLM practices. Engineering Support Work closely with engineers and different technical stakeholders. Apply strong technical common sense to understand engineering needs and translate them into practical solutions. Use your understanding of electromechanical systems and industrial machinery to support engineering activities. Read and understand electromechanical drawings and technical documentation. Contribute to ensuring that engineering data and documentation are accurate, complete and properly managed within the PLM environment.

We are looking for an engineer or technically oriented professional who combines hands-on industrial experience with an interest in engineering software and PLM systems. - Technical requirements: Previous experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, such as: Teamcenter ENOVIA SAP / SAP PLM Good understanding of electromechanical systems. Experience in or exposure to industrial machine building / industrial equipment. Ability to read and understand electromechanical drawings and standards. Strong technical problem-solving skills and practical engineering mindset. Comfortable working with technical data, documentation and engineering processes. - Soft skills: Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders. Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support users. Rigorous and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers and the PLM Key User. Sense of ownership and commitment to delivering precise and complete work. Curious, pragmatic and solution-oriented. Languages: french and english
