Working in a hybrid model and dealing with highly strategic and confidential data, you will bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Data Exploration & Insights: Dive deep into complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights. - Dashboarding & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive and intuitive dashboards using modern BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to make data accessible to non-technical stakeholders. - Data Modeling & Transformation: Write advanced SQL queries and use modern transformation tools (like dbt) to prepare and model data for reporting and analysis. - KPI Definition & Monitoring: Partner directly with business teams to define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive growth. - Data Storytelling: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling stories and presentations that empower decision-makers.

We are looking for an analytical thinker who is passionate about turning data into actionable strategy. - Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Data Analyst. - Languages: You have a professional working proficiency in both French and English, enabling you to collaborate effectively and communicate business insights clearly in an international environment. - Core Technical Skills: You have absolute mastery of SQL. Proficiency in Python (Pandas) for advanced data manipulation is a strong advantage. - BI & Analytics Stack: You have proven, hands-on expertise with at least one leading BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and a good understanding of modern Data Warehouses (like Snowflake or BigQuery). - Mindset: You are highly business-oriented, curious, and a great communicator.
