Manufacturing Project Coordinator | Life Sciences (H/F)

Are you passionate about delivering complex projects in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a proactive and organized Manufacturing Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects, ensuring activities are planned, executed, and monitored effectively while maintaining alignment between stakeholders and operational teams. Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate manufacturing and operational project activities from initiation through implementation. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and other stakeholders. - Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items. - Support governance activities through regular reporting, KPI tracking, and status updates. - Ensure project documentation is maintained and aligned with company standards. - Assist in resource planning, prioritization of activities, and management of project dependencies. - Drive follow-up actions and proactively anticipate upcoming needs to ensure project objectives are achieved on time. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the manufacturing environment.

Your Profile - Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Business, Project Management, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, manufacturing, or industrial environments. - Experience working in highly regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, or Advanced Manufacturing is an asset. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and project planning tools. - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
