Design Coordinator (H/F)

• Coordinate technical activities and processes between different internal stakeholders including engineers, designer, buyers, and project leaders • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility • Monitor progress and performance of technical activities, taking appropriate action when needed • Communicate technical requirements and specifications to relevant stakeholders • Respond to technical questions and issues and provide timely recommendations and resolutions • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations • Monitor construction activities through regular site visits to ensure compliance with project requirements • Communicate with external partners including consultants, subcontractors, and the construction team to integrate technical solutions • Ensure the project’s technical aspects meet safety, and environmental requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar function • Civil or structural engineer degree • Ability to communicate with cross-functional and external stakeholders • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Acute detail orientation with the ability to make and propose corrections
