Projects Engineer (H/F)

The site of San Luis Potosi based in Mexico belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Projects Engineer for 12 months within the team. Your challenges? - You manage all motor insurance quotation requests from receipt to completion. - You prepare and issue vehicle insurance quotations in line with internal procedures and client requirements. - You develop expertise in the end-to-end quotation process through structured training and practical application. - You support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project-related activities. - You update performance dashboards and ensure the accuracy of key business indicators. - You contribute to reporting activities by tracking progress, preparing status updates, and supporting operational reviews.

Let’s talk about you… - You are graduated from an Engineering degree, a Master's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field. - You already have experience in project coordination, continuous improvement, industrial operations, performance monitoring, or business analysis through internships, apprenticeships, or a first professional experience. - You have a fluent level of English; Spanish would be an advantage. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and data visualization software, knowledge of project planning and monitoring tools is a plus. - You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking. - You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have a strong sense of diplomacy. - Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle insurance processes is a plus.
