Continuous Improvement Engineer (H/F)

Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in Arklow, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Description of the mission: Reporting to the Operational Excellence (OpEx) Lead and working with other employees as appropriate, the CI Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks: • Support teams in using LEAN tools • Assist with the deployment of the visual performance program • Facilitate and guide employees in root cause problem-solving investigations • Help teams to analyse OEE losses, identify opportunities and with follow up action plans • Support SMED and changeover reduction projects by coaching teams to identify waste and establishing improved ways of working

Educational background: University/Technical College Specialization: Science/Production/LEAN Field of study: Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or Lean Management Languages: English Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, MS Power BI
