HR AI & Process Automation Specialist VIE (H/F)

Who we are looking for We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional with strong expertise in AI, automation, and process improvement to join our HR team in Dublin for 2 years. This role will focus on enhancing and streamlining HR processes, reducing manual and repetitive tasks, and improving the efficiency and consistency of how the HR function operates. The successful candidate will combine a strong understanding of core HR processes with the technical capability to design, build, and implement scalable automation solutions using AI, Power Automate and other technologies. What you will be responsible for • Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate routine and repetitive tasks. • Design and build automation solutions using **Power Automate** and other relevant AI-enabled tools. • Work closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and process requirements. • Develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and increase consistency across HR operations. • Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation initiatives within the HR function. • Ensure solutions are scalable and can be adapted for use across other Amundi locations. • Document processes, workflows, and solution designs clearly to support governance, handover, and ongoing maintenance. • Test, refine, and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure reliability and user adoption. • Provide guidance and training to HR team members on new tools, workflows, and ways of working. • Stay informed on developments in AI, automation, and HR technology, and proactively suggest new opportunities for innovation. • Partner with HR and technology stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs, data privacy requirements, and internal governance standards. • Develop AI and Power Automate skills within the HR team.
