MARKETING SPECIALIST AGENCY H/F (H/F)

We are actively seeking a future “Agency Marketing Specialist” to join the Marketing team in Spain (Madrid). The responsibilities will include: · Deployment of the sell out national campaigns and actions in the network. · Management of promotions: definition and adaptation of the campaigns materials needed. · Design and adaptation of annual digital plan for the dealer channel. · Deployment of a social media calendar dedicated to the network. · Setting up and monitoring digital campaigns. · Organize marketing activities in the primary and secondary dealer network. · Support in the organization of events/meetings. · Continuous updating of the internal communication tools dedicated to dealers. · Maintain a direct contact with sales department in order to develop different actions needed. · Collaborate in the network's mindset change towards sell out approach.

· BA or Master degree · Good Spanish level both written and spoken · Good English level both written and spoken · Knowledge of Portuguese will be valued · Digital skills (proven experience in Social media ADS) · Strong knowledge of Office environment (Excel, Word, Power point, Access) · Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines · Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs · Be proactive & independent in a dynamic environment
