Microwave & RF Design Engineer (H/F)

We are looking for our future Microwave & RF Design Engineer to join our team in Sweden. You will contribute to advanced technology projects with our partners, recognized leaders in the telecommunications, defense and electronics industries. You will actively take part in: Design and development of RF and microwave circuits, including high-frequency electronic components and systems. Design, simulation and optimization of RF power amplifiers, focusing on performance, efficiency and signal integrity. Electromagnetic simulation and analysis of microwave circuits and RF components. RF circuit modeling and simulation using industry-standard tools, particularly Keysight ADS. Testing, validation and troubleshooting of RF and microwave designs to ensure compliance with technical requirements. Technical coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams in an agile development environment. Contributing to design reviews, technical documentation and continuous improvement of RF design processes.

You hold a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, RF & Microwave Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. You have experience or a strong technical background in RF and microwave circuit design, particularly in RF power amplifier design, high-frequency electronics and electromagnetic simulation. You are familiar with RF design and simulation tools such as Keysight ADS (Advanced Design System), Ansys HFSS and Dassault Systèmes CST Studio Suite. Hands-on experience with Keysight ADS is particularly valued. Experience in the defense, aerospace, telecommunications, semiconductor or antenna industries is a strong advantage. Both experienced engineers and motivated graduates with a solid academic background in RF and microwave engineering are welcome. Rigorous, autonomous and a strong team player, you enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment. You demonstrate good communication and coordination skills. Fluency in English is required.
