HR Specialist VIE (H/F)

Your position and environment? We are looking for an HR Specialist VIE who will provide support to the Faurecia Automotive Systems Pilsen plant , and who will be based in Czech Republic - Pilsen.   The Main Missions Of The Role Are: The role of the Human Resources VIE is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to: Support HR Department with focus on Employee Empowerment topics – especially audits of Supervisor Role, GAP Leader Role and Mastery of Workstations Administrative and Reporting tasks Support of the Training Centre with Onboarding our newcomers Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.

The ideal candidate will have/be: Master's 2 Degree with a specialisation in HR A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office International mind set Good interpersonal skills Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
