Your Mission As Process & Digital Officer, you will be responsible for digitalizing, automating, and optimizing internal processes while ensuring data quality and supporting business performance through reliable reporting and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities 🚀 Digitalization & Automation - Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation. - Design and implement digital workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual effort. - Configure and optimize internal tools, including workflows, forms, templates, permissions, business rules, and dashboards. - Develop simple scripts, automations, queries, and low-code solutions to address operational needs. - Troubleshoot functional issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. - Collaborate with IT and external support teams when necessary. - Drive the integration and adoption of AI-powered solutions across the business. - Promote innovative use cases such as AI-assisted writing, reporting, analysis, recruitment, and operational support. 📊 Data Management & Business Steering - Establish and promote data governance best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, security, and reliability. - Structure and maintain business data related to recruitment, sales activity, staffing, and operational performance. - Design and enhance management dashboards and reporting tools. - Monitor and validate key business metrics used for decision-making. - Ensure data integrity and reliability for management committees and performance reviews. ⚙️ Process Optimization & Standardization - Map and analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. - Simplify and standardize processes with a strong "digital-first" mindset. - Create and maintain clear process documentation, including procedures, guides, diagrams, and checklists. - Track and measure the impact of implemented improvements through KPIs and performance metrics. - Promote operational excellence throughout the organization. ✅ Quality & Continuous Improvement - Implement a pragmatic quality framework adapted to a growing and agile organization. - Define and monitor process quality indicators such as lead times, error rates, rework levels, and data completeness. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and workshops across teams. - Raise awareness of quality standards, process discipline, and data accuracy. - Drive a culture of continuous learning, efficiency, and accountability. Profile We're Looking For Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, Forms, etc.). - Experience in process digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement. - Ability to configure digital tools, workflows, permissions, forms, and business rules. - Experience developing simple scripts and automation solutions. - Solid understanding of data management, reporting, and business intelligence concepts. - Experience with Python and/or VBA is considered a strong asset. - Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (Process Street, Power Platform, etc.) is a plus. - Familiarity with AI-based business tools and practical AI use cases. Nous recherchons un professionnel de la transformation digitale capable d'optimiser, digitaliser et automatiser les processus internes afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la qualité des données. Vos compétences et expériences : Expérience confirmée dans la digitalisation de processus, l'amélioration continue ou la transformation des organisations. Excellente maîtrise de l'environnement Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Forms, etc.). Capacité à analyser les besoins métiers et à les traduire en solutions digitales concrètes. Expérience dans la configuration d'outils, workflows, formulaires, règles de gestion et automatisations.
