We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead and develop one of our business units in Belgium. Key Responsibilities : Business Development & Strategy Define and implement the commercial strategy of your business unit in alignment with MCA Belgium's objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering and technology sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Lead negotiations and support your team in closing high-value business opportunities. Expand the client portfolio and strengthen MCA Belgium's market position. Business Unit Performance & Profitability Take full responsibility for the financial and operational performance of your business unit. Define and manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary. Optimize resource allocation and ensure sustainable business growth. Report business performance and strategic developments to senior management. Consultant & Client Management Oversee the recruitment, integration, and development of engineering and technical consultants. Ensure the successful deployment of consultants and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Support Business Managers in managing client relationships and resolving operational challenges. Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships. Strategic Contribution Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute MCA Belgium's growth strategy. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities. Contribute to the development of new services, sectors, and client accounts.

Required Qualifications : Educational Background: A Master's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field. Experience: A first professional experience in business development, business management, or consulting, preferably within the engineering or technology sectors. Language Skills: Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is mandatory. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering consulting or technical services is highly desirable. Leadership Potential: Strong motivation to take on management responsibilities, develop a team, and contribute to business growth.
