Power BI Developer - Bucarest (H/F)

Join the Information Systems Division of a leading international banking and insurance group. You will work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated team of project managers, analysts, and PMO professionals, playing a vital role in advancing the group's strategic, data-centric initiatives. We are seeking a motivated Junior Power BI Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of our business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights, creating dynamic dashboards, and empowering teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI. - Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable, and meaningful business insights. - Collaborate seamlessly with PMO professionals, analysts, and project managers to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analytical tools. - Support cross-functional teams by promoting and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.

You must have completed Power BI development training combined with basic practical application, and possess a strong desire to evolve within a dedicated BI role. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI (Desktop & Service). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables). - Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts (working with facts, dimensions, and relationships). - Foundational knowledge of Data Visualization best practices. Soft Skills: Highly autonomous, curious, and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn. You should possess a solid combination of rigor, creativity, and excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, self-confidence, and a responsible, ambitious attitude are essential to succeeding in this mission. Advanced French and Advanced English are strictly required.
