Procurement Specialist (H/F)

As a Procurement Specialist at Mantu, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s procurement strategy across several purchasing categories. You will manage sourcing processes from requirements gathering to supplier selection, lead negotiations with suppliers, and contribute to securing competitive and sustainable conditions for the company. In this role, you will work closely with local entities across different countries, as well as with global suppliers, Legal, Finance, and operational teams. You will help structure supplier partnerships, monitor supplier performance, support contract reviews, and ensure that purchasing activities follow internal procurement policies and approval workflows. You will also contribute to category strategy and analysis by reviewing spend data, identifying savings and cost-avoidance opportunities, monitoring market trends, and preparing procurement reports and KPI dashboards. Through your work, you will support data-driven purchasing decisions and help improve procurement processes across the organization. Mantu is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace. Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management. Experience managing RFX processes and complex negotiations with suppliers. Knowledge of rates, fee structures, indexation, SLAs, payment terms, and contractual conditions. Ability to analyse spend data and translate it into clear recommendations. Experience working with internal stakeholders across different countries or business units. Confidence in presenting procurement strategies and results to management. Familiarity with procurement platforms and reporting tools. Experience with Ivalua is an advantage. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time. English fluent.
